General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

In this section you will find the relevant terms and conditions of Duvenbeck Group. These are available for free download. On request, these are also sent to you.

For Germany:

1. Duvenbeck as contractor

We work exclusively on the basis of the General German Forwarding Conditions 2017 (ADSp2017) supplemented by the General Terms and Conditions for Transport, Freight and Forwarding Services. (GTC for Transport, Freight and Forwarding Services)

Note: The ADSp 2017 deviate from the law in Section 23 with regard to the maximum liability for damage (§ 431 HGB), by the liability for multimodal transport, including a sea transport and unknown location of damage to 2 SDR / kg and otherwise the rule liability of 8 , 33 SDRs / kg in addition to 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per loss event, but at least 2 SDR / kg.

2. Duvenbeck as client

The general terms and conditions for transport, freight and forwarding services with (sub-) entrepreneurs apply (GTC for transport, freight and forwarding services with (sub-) entrepreneurs apply).

For international transport applies:

1. Duvenbeck as contractor

The Duvenbeck group of companies works in other countries basically on the basis of the respectively relevant national general freight forwarder conditions. Please contact your local Duvenbeck branch

2. Duvenbeck as client

The General Terms and Conditions for Transport, Freight and Forwarding Services with (Sub-) Entrepreneurs apply (GTC for Transport, Freight and Forwarding Services with (sub-) entrepreneurs apply)
