In his new position, he is responsible for the road freight operations. Rene Hille has around 30 years of profound experience in the logistics industry, specializing in the areas of road freight and contract logistics.

Bocholt, 11 March 2025 – The Duvenbeck Group has started series operations with the new MAN eTGX Ultra Low Liner electric truck. Duvenbeck is one of the first logistics specialists to have recently started using this electrically-powered truck for the main leg of the route between its logistics warehouse in Herne and the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg.

Bocholt/Munich, 5 December 2024 – With today's handover of the first MAN eTruck to the Duvenbeck Group in Munich, MAN Truck & Bus is setting another milestone in the electrification of freight transport. The Ultra Low Liner eTGX semitrailer tractor, specially developed for the loading volume requirements of automotive logistics, is set to make Volkswagen plant logistics particularly climate-friendly in the future.

Bocholt, 21 November 2024 – The Duvenbeck Group is expanding its presence and performance capability in northern Germany by taking over the Sander Logistics Group. Thanks to having business sites in Hamburg, Itzehoe, Rostock, Halle and Moosburg, Sander will complement the current Duvenbeck network and improve access to key markets in northern and eastern Germany.

Environmentally-friendly intermodal concept puts Duvenbeck, Audi and Helrom in the final round of the renowned award

Bocholt/Berlin, 24 October 2024 – The Duvenbeck Group and its business partners have managed a place in the final round of this year’s competition for the German Logistics Prize through intelligently interlinking truck and railway transport services when supplying goods to the production lines of the premium vehicle manufacturer, Audi. The major focus here is on the supply chain for the car manufacturer and this has been operating for six months and is making a significant contribution to decarbonisation. The key element in the “Relay Zero Supply Chain” project is an Audi railway concept where transporting truck trailers by rail has become an integrated part of an all-round logistics system – from the suppliers to the factories; the Duvenbeck Group centrally manages the road services to and from the rail operations. Helrom is using a patented technology for the loading and transport services, which enables the flexible loading of truck trailers without the need for any expensive special terminals.
